Copic™

I think it's about time for someone to thoroughly explain how awesome markers are. Those who are not artists (aspiring or otherwise) may not understand the complete epicness of the Copic™ marker.
These are the gods of coloring utensils, the most elite of the elite. I adore them, not only because of their striking colors and complete permanence, but also because they last. So. Long.

Seriously though, they're awesome. But also super expensive, like 8 dollars each. I got 10 for christmas!!!! I am super excited to use them, and I may post some of the results >.> I'll keep ya'll updated.

That is all.

Would you?

Would you destroy something perfect to make it beautiful?
Would you tell a lie to reveal the truth?
Would you stay silent to scream at the world?
Would you close your eyes to see clearly?
Would you lose your mind to stay sane?
Would you let go of something to get a better grip on it?
Would you dream to see reality?
Would you give up to suceed?
Would you hinder to help?
Would you lock something up to set it free?
Would you kill to let live?
Would you abandon everything to gain hope?
Would you have a world of black and white to live in technicolour?

That is all.

Limericks...

I love poetry. However, that doesn’t mean I like all poems. I was online looking at and editing stories yesterday, when I came across a few pages of these random poems some guy wrote. Some of them were really good, but unfortunately, some of them were not. This is probably the worst limerick ever written:

There once was a bohemian monk

Who fell asleep on an old wooden bunk
He dreamt that Venus
Was tickling his elbow

And he woke up covered in sweat

THAT’S NOT EVEN A LIMMERICK, PEOPLE. It doesn’t even rhyme. I saw it and thought, “What is this??” It’s an insult. An insult to limericks everywhere. I actually wrote a few myself. I showed it to someone, and they looked at me weird. Alas, I do not believe that limericks don’t have to be funny. Here’s one set of them:

I curse and sigh, my life flies by
The wind in the sails, my boat in the sky.
I see my little boy,
My pride, my joy,
My heart melts, and I sing him a soft lullaby.

Through the air we soar as I sing,
My voice echoes slightly, a faint kind of ring.
I glance at the ice
This time’s sacrifice
I continue my song, now my words speak of spring

I sing about meadows, and whispering trees.
I sing of new life, and sing of the bees.
I hear a small sound
I start, and look down.
My little boy sleeps, and I smile inwardly

Okay, yeah. So it’s not great. Meh. But here’s one that’s not serious or anything:

There once was a girl named Cordelia
Who had a delicious idelia
She cooked up a pot
Of beans, spicy hot
And placed them inside a tortillia

Yay! Lame limericks are cool and stuff.
That is all.

Yay for Youtube! :)

Normal post, I choose you! I happen to currently be at school. It's break time, which gives me the freedom to do pretty much anything (as long as it's legal). I decided to plan for my new YOUTUBE CHANNEL which I actually haven't gotten parental approval for yet, so maybe I should ask them. Anyway, I plan to be known as Xxxxx, and I want to start out with one channel called XxxxxXxxxXxxx and maybe later add another one called XxxxxXxxxXxx (see what I did there? Now no one can steal my idea >:3). I think I want to do it on my own, but have guests or blah and let them choose their own names.  I want it to be a vlog (video-type-blog-thing), kind of like AmazingPhil because I love him. He's hilarious. I don't know if I should do it scripted-like, or just wing it. I guess I'll figure that out later.
That is all.

...right.

I decided to update, because a.) Iris keeps yelling at me and b.) its been...over a month. Hey, did you know that nothing rhymes with the word 'month'? Same with orange, purple, and silver. And antidisestablishmentarianism. But you would kind of expect that, wouldn't you? Someday, I'm going to make a word that rhymes with orange and put it in the dictionary, so that it doesn't feel so left out. I asked someone how they would explain the color orange to a blind person. Their response?
Nothing rhymes with it.....its so beautiful...

Am I the only one that finds that a little odd? Really.

That whole rant was completely off-topic, considering today's post is about AAAAAADVENTURE TIME :D Adventure Time is a TV series on Cartoon Network. Iris doesn't get cable, so she's coming to my house SPECIFICALLY so we can have an Adventure Marathon. You know, because she doesn't have cable. That's the kind of friend I am (just kidding). I had art class today, I and all I did was draw people in adventure time form. It was awesome.

...

Sorry, Iris. I started this forever ago and forgot about it. Imma go ahead and publish it because I have nothing better to do...

That is all.

Socks/ Dr. Stein...?

Apparently, my only audience is now Russia. Hello, faithful Russia :) America, I'm sad... you too Germany. It's funny, because if you think of the characters from Hetalia on blogs, it's kind of amusing (specifically, these characters).
Okay, today's topic is socks. Am I the only one who is constantly losing socks?  I blame it on the elephant in my dryer. I mean he has to eat SOMETHING, right? I am now down to my last few pairs of socks, and it saddens me. I need to ask my mum to buy some more. I love socks, as weird as that sounds. I also love tights, but that's off topic. Because this is about socks. Yeah. I wear socks most of the time. Granted, I also wear shoes most of the time, but I'm wearing socks right now and I'm not wearing shoes, so... the shoes are irrelevant. Depending on what type/brand of socks it is, they can be really comfortable. Or really uncomfortable, I dunno. Maybe you don't like wearing socks, so I guess that WOULD make them uncomfortable...  Anyway, recently, Iris and I have been getting a little overly obsessed with Franken Stein (from Soul Eater), so I've had stitches drawn on my hands, and doodling them across my homework (lol). I had the idea of actually sewing 'stitches' on my socks. Admit it, it would be pretty cool. You would probably be more inclined to agree with me if you knew who Stein was. Here's a picture of him:
Yeah, that's totally off topic. But I don't really have anything else to say that's ON topic, so.... enjoy these other pictures of Stein :)

Question of the Post: Who is your favorite Soul Eater character and why?

Topic choice #3 (I think)

Maaaaaaaah school. Most important things that have happened thus far: Ata inadvertently called me his friend (by calling me a terrible friend). You would understand how excited I am about this if you knew him/maybe you do, actually, I don't know. I have two british teachers and their accents are AWESOME. I still don't particularly enjoy spanish. But it's pretty cool that our spanish teacher is letting us choose our own 'names' for spanish class (like 'Taco Bueno' or 'Enrique' or 'Ricky Bobby'. And yes, these were all used). I haven't thought of mine though :( Wish me luck :) or better yet, give me suggestions. I'm too lazy to look up ideas.
The topic today is going to be *drumrooooollllllllllllllllllllllllllllll please*
.
..
...
..
.
POLITICS. No, just kidding. Please don't hate me for my lame joke. Actually, I'm going to write about stereotypes. I mean, they're not really bad, are they? Just not necessarily the whole truth. Like the one about how all americans constantly eat hamburgers? Hmmm.... that's actually kind of true in my case.... okay, then how about that canadians (and only canadians) all say 'eh?' at the and of all sentences, questions, or phrases? I have a friend that moved to Canada (or as we so fondly refer to it as, 'Canadia'), and she doesn't say 'eh?'. Moreover, Iris and I say it all the time. It gets on people's nerves, and it's amusing.... but really, it's not only canadians. People also say that Texans ride horses everywhere... where's my horse??? I want one!! That's like saying Aussies ride kangaroos, which shouldn't even be a stereotype, I mean come on... And the one about how cheerleaders are bossy and obnoxious and 'hot' (and stupid), I have a cousin who is one of the smartest, sweetest, least uppity, B-E-A-UTIFUL (thanks, Bruce) people you could ever meet. And one of the shortest, but that's another story. And people say that if you play computer games, you're antisocial..... apparently, this means most of the guys in my grade are bad with people....plus me. Which can't be true, I talk too much.  Also, I find it slightly annoying when people get their stereotypes mixed up, like when people think Brits say 'allo mate'. Um, no. That's taking it too far. *insert broken blood vessel, a sign of irritation*. But yeah, this is my opinion on stereotypes. I hope you enjoyed it.... (awkward ending, sorry). If you think stereotypes are funny, watch a show called Hetalia. It's about WWII, and all the characters are named after countries. Each one has all the stereotypes of the country its names after (ie: Italy is an idiot, Japan is polite and doesn't speak much, America......um..... just watch the show). It's hilarious. Enjoy!

Dragons continued

Let's see if I can finish this today. Back to the physique. Dragons are some of the most beautiful and dangerous creatures out there (P.S I totally believe in dragons, or at least that they existed at some point). Like I said before, they have teeth and claws and such, and they are extremely intelligent, which would make them considered dangerous, but they don't generally use it to hurt people (unless they're in Harry Potter world). A dragon can be classified as a reptile, but it is actually warm blooded. This allows it to live in any environment, which is why you see pictures and paintings and drawings of dragons in almost any type of habitat. Most dragons have wings and light bone structures (for flying, obviously) but some of the more ancient dragons have shorter legs and no wings (see ancient China and other asian countries). All dragons have a hard 'armor' made of scales, which protects their bodies. Dragon's weakest points are the eyes and inside the mouth. The eyes because they rely heavily on sight, and the mouth because it's just a generally vulnerable area.
The colors found on a dragon are very unique to the beast, much like a nose print to a dog, or a fingerprint to a person, but they generally be grouped into three categories: reds, blues, and greens. In this, you can find anything from a bright cyan (blue) to a deep crimson (red) or forest green (please don't make me tell you what group that falls under). They also generally have a sort of shimmer in their scales, and if they seem to be very opaque, it means they are in poor condition.
On to dragon mythology! Dragons are often viewed as anywhere from holy (up to 'god status') to evil (see the Legend of Saint George). Like I said, dragons are not 'evil' creatures, but because they are large and have dangerous features, of course there's going to be stories about bad dragons. Anyway, I'm going to put the Saint George legend here (using copy and paste), for those of you who are unfamiliar with it. Enjoy!

The Legend of Saint George

Saint George was a knight and born in Cappadocia. One time he came to the city of Silene in the province of Libya. Near this city was a pond, wherein there was a dragon which was poisoning all the country. Whenever he approached the city he poisoned the people with his breath, and therefore the people of the city gave to him every day two sheep to eat, so that he would do no harm to the people. When they ran out of sheep, he was given a man and a sheep. Then an ordinance was made that the children and young people of the town should be chosen by lottery to feed the dragon. Whoever the lot fell upon, wealthy or poor, he or she was delivered to the dragon.
One time the lot fell upon the king's daughter, and the sorrowful king said to his people, "For the love of the gods take gold and silver and all that I have, but let me have my daughter."
They said, "Sir, you have made the law, and our children are now dead, but you would do the contrary. Your daughter shall be given, or else we shall burn you and your house."
Seeing that he could do no more, the king began to weep, and said to his daughter, "Now I shall never see you married."
Then he returned to the people and asked for eight days' respite, which they granted to him. When the eight days were passed they came to him and said, "You see that the city is perishing."
Then the king had his daughter dressed like a bride, embraced and kissed her, gave her his blessing, then led her to the place where the dragon was.
When she was there Saint George passed by, and seeing the lady, he asked her what she was doing there.
She said, "Go your way, fair young man, lest you perish as well."
Then he said, "Tell me why you are weeping."
When she saw that he insisted on knowing, she told him how she had been delivered to the dragon.
Then Saint George said, "Fair daughter, doubt not, for I shall help you in the name of Jesus Christ."
She said, "For God's sake, good knight, go your way, for you cannot save me."
While they were thus talking together the dragon appeared and came running toward them. Saint George, who was on his horse, drew his sword, made the sign of the cross, then rode swiftly toward the dragon. He struck him with his spear, injuring him severely.
Then he said to the maid, "Tie your belt around the dragon's neck, and be not afraid."
When she had done so the dragon followed her meekly. She led him into the city, and the people fled in fear.
Saint George said to them, "Doubt not. Believe in God and Jesus Christ, and be baptized, and I shall slay the dragon."
Then the king and all his people were baptized, whereupon Saint George killed the dragon and cut off his head.

Dragons :)

On the topic of dragons (I have had nothing to say about my life recently, so I've chosen random things). Dragons are pretty much the coolest things in existence. Or previous existence, anyway. I'm watching How to Train Your Dragon right now, which is what got me started on this. This is my attempt at drawing Toothless:
Not bad, right? Anyway, what I know about real dragons: They used to exist. They likely breathed fire (dragon fossils were found at the top of a mountain next to burned people). They look super legit. That's pretty much it. But fictional mythological dragons,  I totally know. Dragons are known for their intelligence. This may be because they live so much longer than man. It gains wisdom over hundreds of years. When they're young (infants?) they have no more intelligence than humans the same age. Actually, they're even less intelligent because they don't have someone to teach them basic and advanced knowledge. They rely purely on instinct for more than a hundred years. At this time, they are no smarter than a very cunning predator.
Dragons are also very proud, and rightly so, as they know more about earth sciences and magic and many other things that almost anything else. His (her) knowledge of magic is also evidence of extreme wisdom, as magic is well known as one of the most difficult and time-consuming things that can be learned. Also, though dragons are known to speak any language, their preferred language is latin. Moving on.
When you think of a dragon, what comes to mind? A big, scary thing with huge wings, red eyes, poisonous teeth, and razor-sharp claws? Um, no. Dragons are a thing of beauty, in every way. Though most WOULD have wings and claws, so do most birds, so... yeah. Don't judge something by its body parts (also don't judge me by my language choice here). Well, I'm gonna go to bed, more on dragons and their physique later.

Sweet dreams are made of this

While reading my friend's blog, I realized I haven't talked about dreams at all (mostly because she wrote a post about a dream she had recently). In the past year, I noticed I had a certain amount of control over my dreams. And Iris's. More on that later. Anyway, I was talking to Iris about dreams and she told me a way to figure out if you're in a dream or not (this information is confidential until decidedly not so). I've been practicing this technique, and recently I've had more control over what happens. More or less. I also realized that I always somehow know that I'm in a dream, I just don't really REALIZE it. Meaning it doesn't really hit me, like the fact that school's out doesn't really sink in until the second week (only for dreams, it never sinks in...). I had a dream last night that involved me, Iris, Ata, and my brother (henceforth known as the Cookie Monster >:3). We were walking along the trail that goes behind my house and having a discussion about moose. Well, more like Ata was talking about them and we kind of acknowledged his existence. This in itself was weird, considering Ata wouldn't do that....ever.... anywho, we got to the end of the trail and decided to go grab some segways (which were conveniently leaning against a wall). We rode on the segways over to my friend's house, and went inside. The only other thing I remember is raiding their fridge then throwing it out the window. Okay, so I don't have THAT much control over my dreams. Yet. But admit it, my brain is amusing sometimes.
About my statement earlier (about being able to control Iris's dreams to some extent): Iris is psychic. Seriously, it's kind of scary. I can use this to my advantage sometimes, by controlling a small bit of her dreams. For example, if I think about something reeeeaaaaalllly hard while she's sleeping, whatever I'm thinking about generally appears in her dream. Somehow. It's pretty weird, but also rather entertaining.

Question of the post:
Would you rather be blind or deaf (from birth)? Why?

fruit. Fruit. FRUIT O.O

Forgive me, I haven't been on here lately. Mostly because I have had little-to-nothing to say... I have decided to this time, instead of talking about my boring life, give my opinion of something. This something is fruit. Fruit is awesome, but only if it's either served a certain way, or it just happens to taste particularly delicious. For example: papaya. I HATE papaya. But it taste fine when it's used in a fruit shake. Strawberries happen to be delicious always (unless you're Iris, because then you're weird). Fruit also kind of confuses me sometimes, like in art. Why would you paint fruit? Its not exciting to look at, it's fruit. FRUIT. Why would we waste our time admiring fruit? The fruit-bowl-still-life-thing is super-famous, and yet, if you think about it, there isn't really anything particularly amazing about it. Don't get me wrong, the painter themselves are very talented. I just think their talent could be better spent on something incredible (liiiike....vegetables? idk. Ask your dad, I'm sure you could figure something out).    Anyway, I have nothing else to say. Have a picture of the Apple logo made of various fruits.

There is no way to title this satisfactorily

*Yaaaawn* Saturday morning at last! Work for this week is over, and I can now chill and do nothing. Or maybe get together with some friends, I dunno. Whatever it is I will do, it will certainly not include research, anyway. Right now I have Human by The Killers stuck in my head (which I am totally fine with, by the way). Oh Killers, you are always welcome in my brain. Thus far (on this fine summer morning) I have read part of my book for school (How to Read Literature Like a Professor-me gusta), played Minecraft (got two blocks worth of diamonds!!!!), and eaten food. Because food is amazing.
Also, I decided to do something. In the comments, post some questions (whatever they be, please write them in english...) and at the end of each post I'm going to ask you one. Either you can just think about it, or you can write your answers. It could be interesting. It doesn't have to be a really meaningful/creative question. It could just be something you've been curious about, or something like: a.) if you could have one extremely minor superpower (i.e: the ability to explode pecans with your mind, the ability to pull the exact change out of your pocket every time, perfect skin- yes, that is absolutely a superpower) what would it be, and how would it be useful to you? b.) if you could design a hot air balloon, what would it look like? or c.) Who is/are your favorite youtube star(s)? See, its not that hard (actually, you can just look up questions online...). *insert insurance commercial guy voice* It's that easy.
Moving on! Yesterday, I was on the phone with Iris for about 40 minutes. Why so long? We were playing the iPod question game and comparing answers. For those of you who do not know what this game is, you basically put your iPod on shuffle, ask it a question, and skip to the next song. That song's title is the answer to your question. Easy enough. So, Iris looked up a bunch of questions to ask online, and we spent the entire time either laughing or in deep thought about our answers. Here are some of my favorites (in answer to my questions): Q; What do your friends think about you? A; Keep it Gay (from the Producers soundtrack). Q; What is your best friend's theme song? A; Star Wars (John Williams Is The Man) a cappella tribute medley. This is my life.

Randomness is my life.

This post is probably going to be very random overall, so brace yourself. Both yesterday and today I worked at my dad's office, working on a project. I had to do a TON of research yesterday, but today I got to move on, so it's a little more interesting. Anyway, while researching, I came upon this information: Fifty-six percent of American workers have saved less than $25,000 for
retirement, and 46% have saved less than $10,000. One: this is really a sad thing. Two: the first thing I thought after seeing this was 'gosh darn it, I'm part of the 46% percent'. Why can I never be completely serious about anything (except when I am completely serious)? Also, while taking a break, I looked up random facts. Apparently, the longest non-scientific word in the english language is floccinaucinihilipilification. It comes from a latin word (not sure which) and it basically means nothing (ironic, isn't it? One of the longest ever words literally means nothing...).  I pondered this for a while. After my break, my sister and I ate lunch and went home.  I headed on over to the orthodontist after chilling for a bit, and  sat still through painful procedures and people sticking things in my mouth. As a reward, my mom took me over to a thrift store and I bought 8 VHS tapes (LOVE) and a t-shirt that has movie spoilers written all over it (i.e: it says "Snape killed Dumbledore [Harry Potter]," and "299 die [300]," and "The kid's therapist is a ghost [Sixth Sense]."). It amuses me. It amuses my brother too, as a matter of fact. Ha, just re-read this. It kinda makes little-to-no sense... ah, well. I'm tired, so I have an excuse. Actually, no I don't, because I'm always tired. Instead of making excuses, I shall go now and read Fairy Tale. Please entertain yourself with this picture known as 'Sarah Jessica Parker Looks Like a Foot'
That is all.

Can't think of a title...

Well, Seussical is over. So sad. It was kind of amazing though :3 Iris came to see the first show, and she got to sleep over afterwords :D It's funny, whenever she sleeps over, we never (well, I say never. More like mostly not. But if we do, its usually to make fun of it...) talk about 'normal' girly things like makeup or shoes or the latest thing that happened wherever or blah. Pretty much the entire time we talked about Mickey Mouse vs. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. This was because a.) Iris is obsessed, and b.) I happened to be wearing a Mickey Mouse shirt and she was wearing an Oswald one. We were also both wearing plaid pants that were the same color. This was not planned. And I changed first, you can't say I wore it because she did. SO THERE.

Moving on from that, I am now watching the diving part of the olympics. It impresses me. Its my second favorite sport that shows in the summer olympics (to watch, not to play). My first is Gymnastics, but I haven't seen that yet. It's recorded, so I didn't just miss it altogether (thank goodness!!). I'm sort of paying attention, sort of not.  Ah, well. I can't just abandon my blog, can I? I'm not going to ignore it just to watch the olympics.......maybe. We'll see.

Iris also signed me up to Pottermore while she was over. It's kind of addicting, but I wouldn't notice too much if I just kind of never played it again. Not that I hate it, its just Minecraft is waaay more addicting (I put in 3 a's to make it seem like I was stretching the word out). I feel like I should make this post lengthy and interesting, but I'm just not up to it. Here, have the Bohemian Rhapsody to make up for it.

BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY
by Queen

Is this the real life?
Is this just fantasy?
Caught in a landslide,
No escape from reality
Open your eyes,
Look up to the skies and see,
I'm just a poor boy, I need no sympathy,
Because I'm easy come, easy go,
Little high, little low,
Any way the wind blows doesn't really matter to
me, to me

Mama,
I just killed a man,
Put a gun against his head, pulled my trigger
now he's dead
Mama... life had just begun,
But now I've gone and thrown it all away
Mamaaaaa oooh,
Didn't mean to make you cry,
If I'm not back again this time tomorrow,
Carry on, carry on as if nothing really matters

Too late, my time has come,
Sends shivers down my spine, body's aching all
the time
Goodbye, ev'rybody, I've got to go,
Got to leave you all behind and face the truth
Mamaaaaa oooh, (Away the wind blows)
I don't want to die,
I sometimes wish I'd never been born at all

(Guitar solo)

I see a little silhouetto of a man,
Scaramouche! Scaramouche! Will you do the

I'm just a poor boy, nobody loves me
He's just a poor boy from a poor family,
Spare him his life from this monstrosity!
Easy come, easy go, will you let me go
Bismilah! No, we will not let you go
(Let him go!) Bismilah! We will not let you go
(Let him go!) Bismilah! We will not let you go
(Let me go) Will not let you go
(Let me go)(Never) Never let you go
(Let me go) Never let you go (Let me go) Ah
No, no, no, no, no, no, no
Oh mama mia, mama mia, mama mia, let me go

So you think you can love me and leave me to

On the subject of feet

My brother broke his toe this morning (we're pretty sure, anyway) by dropping a rather large rock on his foot while working for a pool company. He's gonna go to the doctor later today/early tomorrow. It's funny, but the first thing I thought of when I heard about it was 'I SHOULD MAKE HIM SOMETHING TO EAT'. I now realize how much I can rely on food to make peace with my brother. I am currently texting my friend about this event, and his reply when I told him about my thought was 'I have no comment because that is either the most dumbest thing you ever thought or the funniest.' Who says most dumbest? That makes no grammatical sense. Then again, neither do I sometimes. Ah, well. I think that's all I have to say for now, and I'm going to Hobby Lobby, so...kthnxbai.

That is all.

Sorryyyy...

And the rhyme contest continues. I believe the doctor is still winning. Just in case you were wondering. Moving on from that, during rehearsal today, I had my phone stolen twice by the same people (two of the other Wickershams) and various contacts texted wild and random things. I approve. I am watching TV right now....and SO getting distracted. I'm gonna have to get back to this in a bit.

Seuss! *insert awesome music*

Today in rehearsal we started a game of 'who can make the most rhymes that make sense in the context at completely appropriate times'. So far, Dr. Seuss is winning with 10 billion and six. Surprise! No way, right? Well, so far I have 5 points, and I'm ahead of most people (who are playing fairly, not just adding points to their score) but I erased my name off the board because a.) it was getting smudged and b.) people were cheating, so I didn't really feel like playing. I have had 3 days of rehearsal, and I already know the entire play (music and words, I mean) O.O Although, my sister did do the play before, so I can't take all of the credit (goshdarnit all!). We're learning the rest of the blocking tomorrow :3 Looking forward to it! The production is next week (WAAHHHH!) so I hope we can get it all done! Iris is coming (hopefully), and she'll finally get to meet a member of the cast (who is now known as 'Sassy') that she's been wanting to know for almost 2 years....hehe. Also, I hope you're not irritated because I make such short posts sometimes :/ I just can't think of much else to say...

YML:
Manga-
The book I'm drawing for (lol, I can't say the name yet I don't know if I'm allowed. And it's not even published and may not be for a couple years...so don't get too excited haha)

That is all.

LALALALAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!! :3

Today is my official 2nd rehearsal for Seussical :3 Of course, I haven't mentioned this at all perviously so you have no idea what I'm talking about (probably). I auditioned and got a part in the musical Seussical, which, if you can't tell by the name, is basically a combination of most Dr. Seuss books (waaah, my computer thinks Seuss is a misspelled word -.- ) like the Cat in the Hat, Horton Hears a Who, and so on. I am a Wickersham Brother, and I'm having the time of my life ^.^ The people who put it together actually took quotes from the books and pasted them together to make a musical. How awesome is that? The entire thing is basically rhyme and rhythm :D  My favorite songs are Oh, the Thinks you can Think!, Solla-Sollew, and Biggest Blame Fool; on the other hand, I think Here on Who is quite annoying to be frank. Here's a sample of Oh, the Thinks you can Think! though:
Oh the thinks you can think!
Oh the thinks you can think, if you're willing to try!
Think invisible ink!
Or a gink with a stink!
Or a stair to the sky!
If you open your mind, oh the thinks you will find
Lining up to get loose!
Oh the thinks you can think, if you think about Seuss!
This is all sung by the Cat in the Hat :3 Me gusta.
Also, this is my bio for it.

Thayer (Wickersham Brother) is very excited to be in Seussical the Musical! She is a freshman at xxxxxxxxxxx, and this is her sixth show with the *insert studio's name*. She wants to thank her Mom and Dad for always loving and supporting her, and Kelso and Blondie for working so hard to make this show happen! Thank you so much!

(Rhyming version-as a joke)
Thayer (Wickersham Brother) likes puppies and cats. She likes sleeping and eating and shoes and fruit bats. She works pretty hard, and oh, what a thing! She dances and actses and loves loves to sing! She loves all her family, so very true. She wants to thank everyone, especially you! :) Love you!

Lol, this is my life :3

YML:
Books-
Hop on Pop
The Cat in the Hat
Yurtle the Turtle (and other stories)
Bartholomew and the Oobleck
Horton Hears a Who
Horton Hatches the Egg
and all others by Dr. Seuss! Enjoy!

That is all.

Ehehe...oops....

Um....forgive me, I went on vacation without telling you (not that many would care, or many follow me, but whatever). I went to Chicago (which, in case you didn't know, is in Illinois) and Michigan ^.^ I will describe my eventful... um... eventfulness in two sections: one on Chicago, and one on Michigan. We headed over to Chicago on Sunday (I say headed over because we DROVE there -.- ) and got there on Monday night. We stayed in some hotel I can't seem to remember the name of, on the corner of Ohio and State streets. While we were there, we went to the Shedd Aquarium (which is world-famous, by the by), the John Hancock Building (to a lounge/bar area..... no comments please.....) where I got a (virgin) strawberry daiquiri, and the ONE AND ONLY NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY :D Dibs. Please, no one else apply..... it'd give me a better chance to get in....it's supposed to be really hard to get in so.....please.... We also went to Notre Dame where we decided that my sister would go (for her...?). While at the colleges, I discussed college preferences with Iris. It was quite interesting. She wants to go to NYU, so if we both drive for 7 hours toward each other, we could see each other while in college (not likely to happen very often)! Skype also available. Questions about anything in the last paragraph may be posted in the comments, because I'm pretty sure it made no sense. Moving on!
In Michigan, we saw our Grandma and Grandpa, and our Aunt and Uncle. We did boring family stuff mostly, like shopping and playing board games and fishing and pushing each other into the lake thereby soaking them thoroughly. Balderdash is my new favorite game, but you need at least 4 people for it to be fun, and 3 for it to work. If you want to know the rules, look it up because I'm too lazy to type it :3 I (finally) finished Fullmetal Alchemist after Iris freaked out because I was reading another manga (does she think it's like cheating on a lover...???). I happened to be reading Fairy Tail, and I gotta say, I LOVE Natsu (mostly because he's an idiot). Hmm....going through and doing grammar and spelling checks just now, I realized that Notre (Dame) isn't a word on my computer.....fail.... eh, I'm getting sidetracked. *sigh*. Well anyway, I got back yesterday and I was going to blog, but my mom was all *insert NO meme* so I couldn't. Also, I finished like, 15 other mangas (no, I'm not over exaggerating) because I was super bored. Also, I'm still designing the characters for the manga I'm writing (drawing?) that I'm not technically actually writing because my friend actually wrote the words and I'm just drawing the pictures. So....yeah. That makes sense. I guess. But the relevance of this is that it means I can call reading manga 'studying' (I am very happy about this). AAAND that's about it for now.
YML:
Manga-
Fairy Tale
Deep Love Virus (only for cuteness [as in romantic cuteness]. Plus it has a character that looks just like one of the character's in Iris' book [which is the one I'm drawing the manga for])<--that was intense
Black Butler (did I already say this one?)
Alice 19th
Music-
R.E.M (cuz it's awesome ^.^)
Punk Rock 101 (currently one of my favorite songs)
GREEN DAY (me gusta)

That is all.

Braaaiiinnnns......

Today I worked at my dad's office. I fried the cookies out of my brain alphabetizing stuff... seriously, I can't do anything that requires serious brain power now. To make it worse, I had to work on writing (like, essay writing) after. Ah, well. It's all good.... parent intervention. We'll be right back after the break :)

okayyyyy :) I've worked at my dad's office some (you know, to get some extra moneys) and today was no exception. So now my life is alphabetized. It's getting irritating, especially because I already have other ridiculous perfectionist qualities (it's hard to believe, I know). Ah, I'm late-night blogging.... why must I do this to myself. Instead, I think I shall go and listen to my awesome music (R.E.M and Gorillaz) and draw/read Fairy Tail. No, not Fairy Tales. Fairy Tail. Nice try, Bacon. It's definitely Fairy Tail.
That is all.
P.S. I'll try to start writing more, it's just that I blog at THE MOST inconvenient times.....
